Iron Warrior Gym ("Iron Warrior," "we," "us") operates the gym at 1630 W Evans Ave, Englewood, CO 80110 and the website ironwarriorgym.fit. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our website, fill out one of our forms (including Facebook and Instagram lead forms), book a visit, or text with us, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Contact details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and anything you write in a form or message.
Booking details: the date and time you choose for your free 3-day pass or first visit.
Website and advertising data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies, the Meta Pixel, and website analytics. When you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta shares the answers you submit with us.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you about your request, schedule your visit, and answer your questions; to send text messages you agreed to receive; to run and improve our website and advertising, including measuring which ads lead to visits; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Iron Warrior Gym may send you messages about your inquiry, your bookings and reminders, and gym offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with service providers who help us deliver the messages, such as our texting platform.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the gym and reach you: our customer-management, booking, and text-messaging platform, our marketing partner, website hosting and analytics, and Meta for advertising. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies and ads
Our website uses the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our ads. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it or make it anonymous.
